Women of Achievement is celebrated at local YWCA’s across the country. It was created to uplift and acknowledge folks who do the work of making our community a better place. Their work is often thankless and challenging and Women of Achievement is meant to remind those folks that their work is seen, heard, supported, and appreciated. However, that isn’t the only purpose Women of Achievement serves.
