Dine We Must

An evening filled with Northwest Cuisine, drinks, and Victorian entertainment!

Dine We Must is a farm-to-table dinner event at Fort Nisqually. Upon entrance to the Fort, historical interpreters will welcome guests to 1855. As they visit and explore the Fort’s historic buildings, guests will share passed appetizers and a cash bar from the Fort Nisqually Foundation. Guests will enjoy a buffet-style dinner from Table 47, as well as live music. The evening will conclude with a sampling of desserts baked in the Fort’s period kitchen.
