Enjoy an evening filled with Northwest cuisine, drinks, entertainment, and Victorian finery.

Dine We Must farm-to-table dinner is a whimsical night full of culinary delights. As you visit and explore the Fort’s historic buildings, enjoy appetizers, and a cash bar supporting the Fort Nisqually Foundation. Partake in a game or take a few photos before transitioning to dinner, music and a few surprises. The evening will conclude with a sampling of desserts.

Dress is upscale PNW Cocktail attire.
