View a half scale model of the Billy Frank Jr Statue to be installed at the Statuary Hall in Washington D.C. Billy Frank, Jr., a Nisqually Tribel elder, played a significant role during the Fish Wars and afterward in fisheries management and environmental stewardship, notably around the salmon resource.
