The Salmon School

The Salmon School:  The Joseph Rossano Salmon Project

Opens November 18

This a temporary sculpture consisting of 600 mirrored glass forms, suspended like a school of fish and displayed in concurrence with projects by local communities to collect natural water samples for the analysis of shed DNA to generate awareness of maritime and riverine health.

The project is a collaboration between Museum of Glass, other local organizations, and tribal elders from the Upper Skagit Tribe.
