Meeker Days – June 14-16
Since 1939, Meeker Days has been held in Puyallup to celebrate the community. Featuring an art battle, concerts and entertainment, food booths and various vendors, Meeker Days is located throughout downtown Puyallup with Pioneer Park serving as its hub of activity.

Tacoma’s Summer Blast – July 4
Tacoma’s 4th of July Summer Blast is the City of Tacoma’s official 4th of July celebration. This annual event takes place on Dune Peninsula and the iconic Ruston Way waterfront and features two distinct event footprints, over 150 vendors, two stages and a fantastic 20-minute firework display over Puget Sound.

South Sound BBQ Festival – July 13
If you love BBQ, be sure to put the South Sound BBQ Festival, located at Huntamer Park in Lacey, on your summer to-do calendar. Along with some tasty barbecue, there will be live music, kid’s activities, a beer and wine garden, vendors and a chicken wing eating contest.

Olympia Harbor Days – Auh 30-Sept 1
The Olympia Harbor Days Festival, a free event offered every Labor Day weekend, is an award-winning free and family-friendly event that showcases many of the vintage tugboats of the Puget Sound with a walk aboard show at the docks and races in the bay. Visitors to the event may also find tall ships, steamships, other historic vessels of twentieth century commerce, tribal canoes, and current recreational small watercraft. Harbor cruises and sailings on Budd Bay are also offered for reasonable fees.
Washington State Fair – Aug 3-Sept 22
The Washington State Fair is the largest single attraction held annually in Washington State. It continually ranks in the top ten largest fairs in the United States and includes agricultural and farm animal displays and shows, amusement rides, and performances by major headliners at their concert series. The Fair also hosts the Puyallup Rodeo from September 5-8 featuring CINCH playoff contests.
