According to Heather Spaite, a repeat customer of Kathy Kleber and her Team RED approach, “I knew I should call Kathy, she comes with her ‘Rolodex’.” Mrs. Spaite had just lost her husband, Steve, and she needed advice. “I was overwhelmed and not sure where to go or what to do.”

That calmness was put to the test when on the day of closing, the house was broken into, and the refrigerator was stolen. Kathy jumped into action and had repairs to the break-in damage completed and a replacement fridge installed before closing.
